The Yoga Moon Experience is a bespoke wellness package designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and restore inner balance — created exclusively for women.
This deeply nurturing two-hour session begins with a personalised one-to-one yoga practice, tailored to your body, energy, and needs. We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and create space for connection and calm.
You’ll then receive an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, a grounding full-body treatment that blends oil massage, assisted stretching, and breath awareness. The session is infused with the subtle healing power of Reiki energy, bringing emotional and energetic harmony.
